A symptom that comes and goes is almost impossible to reconstruct from memory weeks later, and the answer you give shapes the rest of the appointment.
Logged on the day, each entry keeps its date, how intense it was and whatever note you added, so the pattern is there to show instead of being estimated out loud.
Each medication is a record with dose, frequency, start and end dates, optionally linked to whoever prescribed it. Active courses are listed apart from the ones you have finished.
FichaMed is deliberately passive here: it does not schedule medication alarms and does not track adherence. It is the list you can hand over when someone asks what you take.
Weight, blood pressure and blood sugar go in with their date and unit, and each kind has its own chart and history, so the direction is visible at a glance.
