FichaMed Pro builds a summary per specialty out of your own records and exports it as a PDF. You pick which fields go in before it leaves the phone.
A second opinion, a referral, a specialist you see once a year: each one asks the same questions, and the quality of the answer decides how much of the appointment is left for anything else.
The summary gathers the visits of that specialty, the symptoms logged around them and the medications you are on, in the order things happened.
Nothing is rewritten for the appointment. The summary reads the entries you already made, so preparing for a visit costs a couple of taps instead of an evening.
The field selection is adjustable: you decide what the page shows before exporting it.
Free users open the same screen and see a blurred sample summary carrying their real appointment count, so the shape of the thing is visible without paying.
Building and exporting the PDF is part of FichaMed Pro, along with the calendar and the insights that feed the same picture.
