NASCIMENTO SOFTWARE DESENVOLVIMENTO DE PROGRAMAS LTDA ("Nascimento Software", "we", "us") operates the Fichamed mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy describes how we handle information in connection with the App.
2. Data Collection
Fichamed is a local-first application. All medical records, appointments, and personal health information entered into the App are stored exclusively on your device. We do not collect, transmit, or have access to any of your personal health data.
3. Analytics & Diagnostics
We may collect anonymized, aggregated crash diagnostics and performance data via the App Store platform to improve stability. This data cannot be traced back to individual users and contains no health information.
4. Third-Party Services
The App does not integrate with third-party advertising networks, data brokers, or analytics providers that would process your personal health data.
5. Data Security
Your data is stored locally on your device and is protected by the device's native encryption and security mechanisms. We recommend enabling device-level passcode or biometric authentication for additional protection.
6. Children's Privacy
Fichamed is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading or using Fichamed, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App. The App is operated by NASCIMENTO SOFTWARE DESENVOLVIMENTO DE PROGRAMAS LTDA.
2. License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.
3. Medical Disclaimer
Fichamed is an organizational and record-keeping tool only. It is not a medical device, does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical decisions. Do not rely on the App for emergencies.
4. User Responsibilities
You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter into the App, maintaining backups of your data, and ensuring your device security to protect your health information.
5. Prohibited Use
You may not use the App for any unlawful purpose, to store data on behalf of third parties without their consent, or attempt to reverse engineer any portion of the App.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Nascimento Software shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App or loss of data.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. Any dispute shall be submitted to the courts of competent jurisdiction in Brazil.
