Zero-server architecture: where your health data actually lives
FichaMed does not use cloud servers for your medical records; data is encrypted locally on your device.
FichaMed does not use cloud servers to store your prescriptions, exams, or clinical history. Those records live in a local database on your phone or tablet.
When you add an appointment or attach a document, the write happens on-device. Nothing in that flow uploads your medical content to FichaMed-operated infrastructure.
Network access is not required for day-to-day use. That design supports stronger privacy defaults and reduces exposure to centralized breaches.
If you enable system backup (iCloud or Google Drive), copies may exist under your platform account — separate from FichaMed and under your control.
