NASCIMENTO SOFTWARE DESENVOLVIMENTO DE PROGRAMAS LTDA ("Nascimento Software", "we", "us") operates the Fichamed mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy describes how we handle information in connection with the App.
2. Data Collection
Fichamed is a 100% offline application. All medical records, appointments, and personal health information entered into the App are stored exclusively on your device in a local SQLite database. The product does not include built-in cloud synchronization in the standard flow — your data stays on the device where you enter it. We do not collect, transmit, or have access to any of your personal health data.
3. Analytics & Diagnostics
We may collect anonymized, aggregated crash diagnostics and performance data via the App Store and Google Play platforms to improve stability. This data cannot be traced back to individual users and contains no health information.
4. Third-Party Services
The App does not integrate with third-party advertising networks, data brokers, or analytics providers that would process your personal health data.
5. Data Security
Your data is stored locally on your device and is protected by the device's native encryption and security mechanisms. We recommend enabling device-level passcode or biometric authentication for additional protection. On Android, the App may request access to photos only so you can attach images to appointments; those images remain on your device. Optional app lock uses your device's biometric authentication or passcode through the operating system's secure APIs — the App does not access or store your biometric data.
6. Children's Privacy
Fichamed is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance.
